The purpose of ELSI is to increase Global Awareness for industries, organisations, collectivities and people by bridging the gap between sensors and telecommunications, by means of an Artificial Intelligence based (AI) supervising electronic component, existing or foreseeable, which discriminates events for which it has been specifically trained. The goal of ELSI is to become a European Laboratory for breakthrough applied research and a clearing house for new product opportunities in the Artificial Intelligence domain.
